Swan House ski trip
Zermatt has around 250 kilometres of pisted runs ranging from the glacier heights of almost 4,000 metres (highest lift station in Europe) with it's year round skiing, to the easier tree lined runs right back to the village.

The excellent transport system of 76 lifts which includes 18 high speed cable cars and gondolas, means more miles and very little queing. Adventurous skiers can safari around the matterhorn and over the Swiss border into Italy for lunch (with an extension to lift pass). However you hardly need to as the Sunday Times said: "...Zermatt is the mountain restaurant capital of the world".
