Mothering Sunday 14th March
At 1pm and again at 8pm we have a special ‘Mothering Sunday’ three course menu for just £24-90. The menu will be: Cream of celeriac soup followed by either Roast leg of lamb with a rosemary and redcurrant jus; slow braised Belly of pork with a Calvados glaze or Gorgonzola, walnut and sun-dried tomato wrap served with a sherry sauce; all completed by either Chocolate dur mou served with a Baileys cream sauce or Apple tart tatin served with a marbled chocolate ice cream.

Wednesday 21st April
A seafood evening. A special four course dinner, comprising of three seasonal fish dishes followed by a dessert of your choice. The menu will be available to view at ‘www.swan-house.com’ the week before the event: £35-90.

Wednesday 28th April

An ’hors-d’oeuvre’ evening. Throughout the evening, we will be serving six delicately portioned hors-d’oeurves: Tart of mussels, herbs and cream in pastry served with aioli dressing; followed by Gruyère and herb soufflée; Chicken livers on toasted brioche with grapes in marsala sauce; Ravioloni filled with beetroot and ricotta; Smoked trout and horseradish on pumpernickel; all completed by Mushroom bruschetta with Gorgonzola cheese: £24.90.
