Wednesday 12th November
Steak and kidney pudding evening. A cauldron of soup, followed by the
classic English dish made with Adnams ale: £15-90.
Wednesday 10th December
This evening we are hosting a special Tudor Christmas party with music
and dance by Cantocordia in full Tudor costume. The musicians will be
playing authentic early instruments including recorders, crumhorns, shawms,
harp, psaltery and voice. The music will be accompanied by an authentic
period four course menu (shown here soon): £32.50

Cream of roasted white onion with Thai spices soup
Oak smoked salmon cheesecake
served with a dill and lemon dressing

stuffed with red onion marmlade and stilton topped with a pesto herb crust

rolled and filled with a pancetta, chestnut and cranberry stuffing served
with a cranberry and madeira sauce

All served with Gratin Dauphinoise potatoes seasonal vegetables and morello
